1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service to request a return authorization.

  2. Pack the goods securely in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  3. Ship the goods back to us

  4. The cost of return shipping is generally borne by the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

Important: Items that are clearly used, damaged, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned goods and verify their condition, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

  • Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the goods are defective or the wrong item was delivered.

4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

  • Digital goods that have been fully downloaded or accessed

5. Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with EU and German consumer protection laws.
